2. What services do you offer?

For MLS photos, choose high-end flash-based, hand-edited photography or budget-friendly same-day HDR. HDR is photos only, with delivery within 4 hours after your shoot finishes; drone and video are separate, and a property website is not included. My wider real estate media services include:

  • High-resolution interior and exterior photography

  • Drone photography and video (FAA Certified Part 107 Pilot)

  • 4K walkthrough videos

  • Matterport 3D virtual tours

  • Virtual twilight and virtual staging

  • Custom property websites (included free with premium shoots; not included with HDR photos)

3. When will my photos and video be delivered?

HDR photos are delivered within 4 hours after your shoot finishes. Premium flash photos are delivered in 48 hours. All video work has a 48-hour turnaround. If your package includes photos and video, each follows its own delivery timeline.

4. Are drone photos included?

Drone photos are included at no extra cost with premium photography. Same-day HDR is photos only; drone and video are separate.

5. Do you photograph nightly rentals or Airbnb listings?

Yes — and they’re some of my favorites.

6. Do you offer virtual staging or furniture removal?

Yes. I offer both virtual staging and de-furnishing services using advanced AI and Photoshop techniques.

8. How do I prepare my home for the photo shoot?

We photograph the home in its as-is condition. Please have the property photo-ready before your appointment. To make your home look its best:

  • Clean and declutter every room

  • Turn on all lights and open blinds

  • Hide trash cans, cords, and personal items

  • Make beds and straighten decor
