How do pricing and booking work?
Choose Real Estate, Vacation Rentals or Architecture, then enter your property details. The booking flow shows eligible services and your itemized price before you submit. Architecture projects receive a custom proposal.
Starting prices above are before travel. Where applicable, standalone drone, video and reel prices shown here include the $75 visit fee; combining eligible services does not add it twice. Travel uses round-trip mileage, with 60 total miles included and $0.78 per additional mile.
For real estate land and acreage, your estimated outline helps determine the drone coverage and price. The outline and acreage are estimates, not a survey or legal property boundary.
Can I book media without photography?
Yes. Choose individual services for video, drone photos, drone video, Matterport, twilight or reels, where applicable to the property. Virtual staging is a real estate photography add-on, not a standalone shoot. The booking flow only shows compatible options.
