HDR photos are delivered within 4 hours after the shoot finishes. Premium flash photos are delivered in 48 hours. All video work has a 48-hour turnaround. Photo-and-video packages follow these separate timelines.
We photograph the home in its as-is condition. Please have the property photo-ready before your appointment.
HDR stands for high dynamic range: several exposures capture brighter and darker areas and are blended into finished listing photographs. Flambient combines flash and ambient—or available—light. Luxury Photography uses flash-composite lighting and Sam’s personal editing for individually refined results.
The right fit depends on your presentation goals, budget and timeline—not simply the property’s price or size.
Luxury Photography includes drone photos and a property website, with a 48-hour turnaround for premium flash photos. Budget HDR is photos only, delivered within four hours after the shoot finishes. Drone photography can be added to HDR for $125; video is a separate service, and a property website is not included.
